HOTEL ACCOMMODATION

The Organizing Secretariat has reserved a certain number of rooms in the hotels of Padova. Various categories are available at very special rates. It is advisable to book hotel rooms as early as possible.

The Hotel Reservation Form, appropriately filled, together with the requested hotel deposit (the night accommodation), should be sent to:

Deadline for Hotel Reservation Request is May 15^th, 2002.

Hotel Reservation Form can be sent:

- via normal mail (together with payment or proof of the relevant amount)

- fax (together with proof of payment).

Requests will be processed once payment is received.

Hotel rates are based on Bed & Breakfast and include service and all taxes. Hotel rates could be subject to change without notice.

Personal extra must be settled directly to the hotel before departure.

Confirmation

Upon receipt of the request deposit, each Participant will receive booking confirmation including the name and address of the assigned hotel.

Deposit will be forwarded to the reserved hotel and deducted from the final invoice.

Method of payment

All payment should be made in Euro only. Please mark your payment with your name, Institution and/or Company.

Payment should be made by one of the following methods:

- Bank transfer to CASSA DI RISPARMIO DI PADOVA E ROVIGO, Ag. 20, Account n. 337803/. – ABI 06225 – CAB 12150 in favour of KEY CONGRESS & COMMUNICATION S.r.l., (all Bank charges should be cleared by Participants). Please include copy of Bank transfer.

- Bank cheque, in Euro, payable to KEY CONGRESS & CONGRESS S.r.l.

Booking fee

A booking fee of Euro 13,00 is required for each processed reservation. Booking fee should be sent together with hotel deposit.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation must be applied for, in writing, by May 30^th, 2002. No penalty will be applied until this date. After this date it will be refunded only 50% of the deposit, booking fee excluded.
