Author's kit

The author's kit which includes formatting instructions, a copyright form, and paper & abstract submission instructions will be sent to the authors of the accepted papers directly by IEEE CS Press.

Copies of the formatting instruction files may be found on IEEE anonymous ftp site :

ftp://pubftp.computer.org/press/outgoing/proceedings/

For an 8.5" x 11" format proceedings, the formatting file is named instruct.pdf. MS Word, postscript and html versions are also available on at this location. LaTeX files are also available, named IEEE_CS_Latex.zip.

Papers are due in Postscript format to IEEE CS Press within 15 March 2002.
