Hotel Booking

The OLTREX VIAGGI Travel Agency is officially in charge to help You for reserving your Hotel in Venice. All reservation are coordinated by OLTREX VIAGGI only, and not by IAS Secretary. OLTREX VIAGGI will manage all accommodations for the Conference.

There have been reserved in advance about 200 beds in Venice, at 2, 3 and 4 stars Hotels. The indicative prices are shown below:

The deadline for hotel booking has been extended to JUNE 10th 2000. Hotels room will be assigned on a first-in first-out basis.

 

Cheaper accomodation

We have some single/double rooms to the student dormitories of the University of Venice, (in Venice).
The price is ranging between 60.000 ITL to 80.000 ITL per room per night.
Discount of 30% for a 1 week stay.
