Quality Management System

Since 8 July 2004, the Department of Information Engineering is certified according to the UNI EN ISO 9001:2000 standard for quality in 'Services in support of education and research' and in 'Design and implementation of research activities and research education'.

Recommendations and complaints must be addressed through a dedicated web tool (Segnalazioni e Reclami), and will be taken into account for improving the quality of services. Documents and training In the context of ISO9001:2000 certification, the Department has equipped itself with some dedicated software and web applications for documenting its quality management system, its research projects, and the user's recommendations and complaints. Such applications are password protected to the external user.
