Research interests

My activity concerns the area of Sound and Music Computing (SMC)
ACM Computing Classification System: Category Applied computing > Arts and humanities.

Currently I hold a post-doctoral research position at the Centro di Sonologia Computazionale (CSC), Department of Information Engineering of the University of Padova.

Research interests:

  • Cultural heritage preservation
    • sound archives, audio documents
    • interactive multimedia installations
    • automation and quality control, original software tools for preservation

  • Multimodal interactive environments
    • multimodal learning environments for multi-disabled children
    • software applications for children with language problems
