... about IEEE subscription

• I encounter some difficulties in filling the IEEE subscription form, can somebody help me?
  Did you see the page: "Filling out IEEE subscription form"? If yes, but you need more informations, please ask what you need to our staff: ieeesb@dei.unipd.it.
   

• I subscribed succesfully to IEEE, but I don't appear in your Student Branch subscribers list... what shall I do?
  Please note that our Student Branch member-list is dedicated only to the University of Padova students. This list is upgraded with the data that come us from IEEE, so if you aren't in this list you better tell us with an email: ieeesb@dei.unipd.it, so we will provide to insert your name in the list.
  Note: in the email you have to enclose your name, surname, your membership number and the Societies you have subscribed to (if so).
   

• Some friends receive e-mail from the Student Branch, I never received one but I'm a regular Student Branch of Padova member, why?
  If you don't receive any e-mail from us, is because you aren't registered in our Student Branch mailing-list. To subscribe to our mailing-list, please go to the Email-News page, there you can find the subscription form. Note that the complete mailing list is in Italian language.

The following answers point to our Journal articles that was written in Italian language.

• I need to know more about IEEE.
  Take a look to the Italian article "Cos'è l'IEEE" published in our first number of the Student Branch of Padova Journal, perhaps some informations are not up to date (that article was published on 1997), but you can get a clearer idea of what the IEEE is.
   

• I have to search some Internet documents, I didn't find what I need after hours of browsing... What can I do to save time and to find what I need?
  We suggest you to read the Italian article "Cercare documenti IEEE online" extracted from volume 3.2 of our Journal.
   

• Browsing in your site I saw that some members have an e-mail address appearing as: name@ieee.org. Who and how much should I pay for getting one to me too?
  If you're an IEEE member, the e-mail alias is a FREE service (with antivirus filter!) yet included in your subscription, read the Italian article "E-mail alias per i membri dell'IEEE" extracted from volume 6.3 of our Journal.
