Ph.D. in Computer Engineering at the University of Padua

From 1998 to 1999, he collaborated with the Computer Music Group of the Department of Electronics and Informatics. During that period he received a grant from the University of Padua for the project "A System for Music Information Retrieval".

From 2000 to 2001, he worked at the Institute de Recherche et Coordination Acoustique/Musique (IRCAM) of Paris, developing the project "Suivi de Partition".

From 2001, he is Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Humanities of the University of Padua and he is part of the Information Managment Systems Group of the Department of Electronics and Computer Science.
