Short Bio

Matteo completed his entire academic career at the University of Padua. In 2022 he graduated in Bioengineering with Modeling and biological data analysis curricula. His studies had a strong focus on information technologies applied to biological modeling. In general, Matteo attended courses on data analysis, signal and image processing, machine learning, deep learning and dynamical systems. Matteo graduated with a master thesis that he did in collaboration with the Insitute of Neural Engineering at the Technische Universität Graz. Matteo is currently a collaborator, and soon will be a research fellow at the University of Padua. His research interests are the study of microbiota interaction networks of patients affected by Clostridium difficile infections and the PKPD modeling of chemotherapy drugs in Multiple Myeloma's cell cultures.
