Comunicazione importante sulle lezioni del 1° semestre al DEI a.a. 2020-2021

Important information regarding the lessons of the fall semester at the DEI department for the a.y. 2020-2021

Gentilissime studentesse e Gentilissimi studenti,

il Dipartimento di Ingegneria dell'Informazione intende erogare le lezioni degli insegnamenti del primo semestre del nuovo anno accademico con modalità duale, il che significa che ogni lezione potrà essere seguita o in aula o on-line.

Per poter organizzare al meglio l'occupazione in sicurezza delle aule, abbiamo bisogno del vostro indispensabile contributo.

Vi chiediamo di iscrivervi alla pagina moodle degli insegnamenti che intendete seguire nel 1° semestre per prendere visione delle informazioni disponibili e, in particolare, per individuare fra gli insegnamenti a scelta quelli di vostro interesse.

Questa procedura non si applica agli insegnamenti a numero programmato, per i quali riceverete informazioni a breve (si veda la lista di questi insegnamenti in calce a questa lettera).

L'iscrizione agli insegnamenti deve essere effettuata entro mercoledì 16 settembre 2020.

Successivamente sarete chiamati a indicare per ciascun insegnamento a cui vi siete iscritti l'intenzione di seguire le lezioni in presenza oppure on-line. Questa indicazione sarà fondamentale in quanto la capienza delle aule, causa COVID, è stata ridotta e, nel caso in cui il numero di studenti frequentanti in presenza sia maggiore dei posti disponibili, sarà indispensabile creare delle turnazioni. Le turnazioni saranno settimanali e a quel punto lo saranno necessariamente per tutti gli insegnamenti per anno di corso di studio.

Agli studenti che non effettueranno questi due passi (iscrizione all'insegnamento moodle e risposta alla richiesta di presenza in aula) non potrà essere garantita la possibilità di seguire le lezioni in presenza.

Dear students,

We would like to inform you that for the fall semester 2020-2021 courses at the Department of Information Engineering will be delivered in dual modality. Therefore, all classes will be delivered within the face-to-face lesson modality but, in the same time, they will also be available on line.

Due to logistic reasons and in order to avoid safety issues in the classrooms, we need your important collaboration on the following aspects.

Please enter the moodle page of our department and enroll to all the courses that you plan to attend during the fall semester. You will be asked to read carefully all the information related to each course and, especially, to choose the courses that you will indicate as free courses in your study plan.

Please also take notice that this communication does not concern a specific list of courses with limited access to a predefined number of participants. Further communications will follow with specific instructions for these courses for which you have the list here below*.

We kindly invite you to enroll to all courses on the moodle platform by the deadline of Wednesday the 16th of September 2020.
Once you have enrolled, you will be asked to specify for each course whether you plan to attend it in classroom or on line from home. This is a crucial information for the University because all classrooms have a limited number of seats due to Covid-19 safety restrictions. And it is important to our Department in order to plan eventual rotation groups in case the number of attendees in classroom exceeds the number of seats available. In this specific case, the rotation of each group will be organized on a weekly base for all the lessons of the specific year of the degree course.

Please be aware that the students who do not enroll on line to each moodle course and do not choose the attending modality (in classroom or online), might not have any possibility to attend in classroom.
