Descrizione Posizione Offerta:
lo/a stagista verrà inserito nel Dipartimento Qualità per occuparsi della
validazione di nuovi prodotti in produzione attraverso il PPAP ed altre
tecniche, con l’obiettivo di definire e realizzare lo standard documentale
PPAP di NPE.


Avrà la possibilità di affrontare le seguenti tematiche:

1.        Approfondimento Teorico sulle metodologie di validazione per
introduzione di nuovi prodotti : PPAP(standard IATF 16949:2016), SIR (Sample
Inspection Report) / CQC (Certificato Controllo Qualità).

2.        Raccolta dati e stesura documentale relativa ai PPAP richiesti dai
Clienti relativamente ai prodotti in fase di validazione. In particolare:

Supporto alle fasi di creazione di FMEA, Piano di Controllo, Flusso di
Produzione
Supporto alla fase di misurazione Dimensionale e determinazione delle
capability
Supporto alla fase di misurazione Elettrica e determinazione delle capability
Supporto all’analisi delle samples di produzione : Visiva e con supporto di
strumenti di analisi (Microscopio, X ray, 3D SmartScope Measurement System
…)
Eventuale supporto all’analisi di validazione del Processo (Ionic
contamination, Strain Gauge, …)
3.        Raccolta dati e stesura documentale relativa a SIR / CQC

4.        Definizione e stesura di uno standard documentale NPE relativo al
PPAP (da utilizzare in particolare nei confronti dei fornitori)

Titolo di studio e competenze:

Laureando e/o Laureato in Ingegneria dell’Informazione o Ingegneria
Gestionale e/o titolo equivalente


Proposta:

Stage di 4-6 mesi, eventualmente finalizzato a Tesi di Laurea

Requisiti:
Il candidato ideale ha conseguito la Laurea triennale/magistrale in
ingegneria informatica o dell'automazione.
Le caratteristiche richieste sono:
- Conoscenze di networking intese come capacità di comprendere e risolvere
le eventuali problematiche di rete che normalmente di presentano in un
progetto.
- Conoscenza dei database relazionali con preferenza di Sqlserver /Oracle
- Conoscenza delle tipologie dei controllori/dispositivi che normalmente si
trovano in un reparto produttivo e delle tematiche di integrazione tra
sistemi real-time e sistemi gestionali.
- Competenze di analisi intesa come la capacità di individuare la soluzione
più idonea alle richieste.
Oltre alla capacità di analisi,  le capacità organizzative e problem
solving completano il profilo.
Dopo una formazione iniziale la risorsa sarà inserita all'interno di un team
in grado di supportarlo nel percorso lavorativo.
Sarà possibile partecipare a progetti stimolanti grazie ai quali si
acquisiranno competenze nella gestione di processi produttivi.
