Position of dielectric characterization engineer for Smart Power Technology Platforms R&D, ST Microelectronics.Aim of the position is: - To define and support the electrical and physical measurements and tests aimed to characterize dielectric layers both on Silicon and Silicon Carbide substrates. - To contribute to the identification of suitable HK dielectric material and integration scheme for MIM capacitors in BCD10 technology. - To propose new screening methodologies to be applied to all dielectrics and capacitors during EWS testing of products.
