This is the web site of the Summer School of Information Engineering (www.dei.unipd.it/ssie), held every June or July in Bressanone (BZ), Italia.
The School is organized by prof. Gaudenzio Meneghesso and prof. Silvano Pupolin and covers topics of Electronics and Telecommunications.

Welcome 2016

Dear colleagues and students,also this year the Summer School for PhD students is taking place in Brixen, Italy, at the University of Padova site. The school was first organized in 1990 with the purpose to be a meeting point for Italian PhD students, at that time in its infancy stage. The friendly environment of Brixen permitted new forms of cooperation among the students with fruitful results. The success during the years, and the meetings with some European colleagues, suggested us to extend the participation to all European PhD students. As usual the school is organized in two parts:

1. A Summer School devoted to Technologies for Internet of Things which will run from Sunday July 3 till Saturday July 9, 2016;
2. A PhD research student presentations will be given on Monday and Tuesday afternoons. PhD students are invited to submit a proposal following the indications available in the Submit a Proposal page of this site;
3. A PhD students working groups will be organized during Wednesday and Thursday afternoons to analyze in deep the morning lectures.

We are looking forward to meeting you in Brixen !!!
