Descrizione Posizione Offerta:
Camlin Technologies is looking for a C++/Python developer to join its
Healthcare team. The successful applicant will contribute to strategic
projects mainly related, but not limited, to the integration of wearable
signal acquisition devices and human machine interactions. He/she can expect
to join a growing development team in one of our locations, Parma, Pisa or
Padova. Smart working available. While being able to work closely with others
he or she will also need to demonstrate the ability to work independently. We

Responsibilities

The developer will be responsible for the implementation and support of new
and existing applications. Responsibilities include: 

  - Developing high quality software as well as unit and integration tests
  - Participating in end to end system QA testing
  - Coordinating with the Product Owner, team members and other stakeholders
to meet business objectives 
  - Participating in project planning sessions and providing estimates 
  - Investigating new technologies and continually improving and updating
their technical knowledge and skills 

Travel may be required from time to time, both within Italy (Parma) and to
the HQ in Ireland (Lisburn)



Required Criteria:

  - Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent 
  - Solid knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming techniques
  - Proven expertise in C++/Python programming languages
  - Proven expertise in software compilation, preferably CMake
  - Acquainted in working with UNIX/Linux Operating System(s) 
  - Acquainted with version control systems, preferably GIT 
  - Fluent in English, both written and verbal 
  - Eligible to live and work in Italy



Desired Criteria:

  - Basic knowledge of design patterns and SOLID principles
  - Experience in writing unit and integration tests
  - Knowledge of UNIX/Linux Operating System(s) 
  - Knowledge of client/server architecture, networking and security
protocols, RESTful API
  - 1+ year of working experience in related topics
