Descrizione Posizione Offerta:
Camlin Technologies is looking for a Java/Kotlin developer to join its
Healthcare team. The successful applicant will work on the development of a
wearable medical device, already in a late phase of development and close to
enter the market. He/she can expect to join a growing development team in one
of our locations, Parma, Pisa or Padova. Smart working available. While being
able to work closely with others he or she will also need to demonstrate the
ability to work independently. We offer a competitive salary based on the

Responsibilities:

The developer will be responsible for the implementation and support of new
and existing applications. Responsibilities include: 

  - Developing high quality software as well as unit and integration tests
  - Participating in end to end system QA testing
  - Coordinating with the Product Owner, team members and other stakeholders
to meet business objectives 
  - Participating in project planning sessions, providing development
estimates
  - Investigating new technologies and continually improving and updating
their technical knowledge and skills

Travel may be required from time to time, both within Italy (Parma) and to
the HQ in Ireland (Lisburn)



Required Criteria:

  - Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent
  - Solid knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming techniques
  - Proven expertise in Java or Kotlin programming languages
  - Acquainted with version control systems, preferably GIT 
  - Fluent in English, both written and verbal
  - Eligible to live and work in Italy



Desired Criteria:

  - Experience in Android development and unit testing
  - Knowledge of client/server architecture, networking and security
protocols, RESTful api
  - Knowledge of using Machine Learning libraries (e.g., Tensorflow Lite)
  - Knowledge in Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment
  - 1+ year of working experience in related topics
