Security & Navigation

Our group has a decade long expertise on the security in wireless communications and networks, as well as in information theoretic based unconditional security, employing physical layer methods, and with a special focus on message authentication.

More recently, we have devoted a significant activity to the authentication and integrity protection of global navigation satellite systems (GNSS) with both receiver and system side solutions against jamming and spoofing attacks.

The group combines diverse competences ranging from security and cryptography to signal processing and physical layer transmission.
